针对屏蔽电动机屏蔽套涡流损耗造成温升过高
影响安全性的问题
基于消除屏蔽套感应电势的思想
提出了新型移相式屏蔽电动机结构。通过两个同轴相连的单元异步电动机定子绕组在周向空间上相差一个极距安置
使两个单元电动机旋转磁场在共用的定子屏蔽套上产生大小相等而方向相反的感应电势
相互抵消
从而抑制涡流损耗
降低屏蔽套温升
以提高屏蔽电动机的可靠性和安全性。涡流场分析表明:新型结构屏蔽电动机中屏蔽套上的涡电流密度明显下降
体现了双段移相式屏蔽电动机屏蔽套上感应电势的抵消作用; 就算例而言
定子屏蔽套涡流损耗降低了近32%
由于涡流损耗的降低
定子屏蔽套的温升得到抑制
算例屏蔽电动机屏蔽套温升下降了13 ℃
其热应力及热膨胀也会随着温度的降低而减小。移相式屏蔽电动机具有工程开发价值
可为改进当前屏蔽电动机产品的可靠性和安全性提供技术方案。
To solve the excessive temperature rise in shielding sleeve of shielded motor due to eddy loss affecting the security
a new two-cell phase-shifted canned motor structure is proposed following the idea of eliminating induced electromotive force on the shielding sleeve. Two coaxial connected stator windings of unit asynchronous motor are fixed and circumferentially changed a pole pitch in space to produce two equal but opposite induction electromotive forces in the shared stator shielded sleeve
which counteract mutually to suppress the eddy losses
lower temperature rise
and improve the reliability and safety of the shielded motor. The analysis for the eddy current field and temperature field demonstrates that the eddy current density is decreased significantly exhibiting the effect of the counteracted induction electromotive forces in the shielded sleeve
the eddy loss in the shielded sleeve reduces by nearly 32%
the temperature rise is effectively suppressed for the eddy loss reduction
the temperature drops by 13 ℃
and the thermal stress and thermal expansion are also relieved.
