To determine correctly the accelerated transportation vibration experiment conditions of special products
the vibration intensity and lasting time of the simulated vibration are evaluated with the fatigue damage equivalent principle based on the probability theory
mathematical statistical methods and the theory of linear accumulated fatigue damage. A set of comparative experiments including lack of transportation
real road transportation and vibrator are conducted for a type of special products. The results show that the strategy
i.e.
increasing the vibration intensity and shortening the lasting time of the simulated vibration
is feasible to apply to accelerated transportation simulation experiment to save manpower
material resource
financial resource and improve the experiments efficiency
and provide a criterion to design and examine the special products and packing case.
