为了实现定量泵可输出多种流量、定量马达输出多种转矩和转速的功能
设计了双定子结构的新型泵和马达
并提出了多泵多马达传动理论.在一定的马达进出口压差条件下
通过三作用双定子泵(马达)的不同连接以及泵和马达的多种组合连接
对泵的不同输出流量、马达输出转矩和转速进行了计算分析.结果表明
通过改变泵和马达的连接方式及其组合连接方式
在一定的范围内可以对马达的转矩和转速、泵的输出流量进行调节和控制
从而拓宽了元件的适用领域.
To achieve different value of output flow rate and torque
rotational speed by fixed displacement pump and motor respectively
the theory of multi-pump and multi-motor transmission system is proposed. Under the condition of the same difference in pressure of the motor
with the connection of triple-acting and double-stator pump and motor on themselves and combined connection of pump and motor
the formula derivation and detailed analysis for different output flow
torque and speed are conducted.The results show that the different connection mode enables to acquire many kinds of output speed and torque
and the torque and speed can be adjusted in a wide range.
