针对驱动桥试验只能得到桥壳表面振动数据的问题
采用驱动桥整体动态模拟方法来弥补试验数据的不足
从而获得驱动桥内部任意位置的应力、位移、加速度等数据.对驱动桥总成建立三维模型和有限元模型
通过驱动桥总成模态试验与有限元模态计算结果的对比方法
来验证有限元模型的正确性
对驱动桥整体做有限元动态模拟
并利用台架试验对动态模拟结果进行了验证.试验结果表明
驱动桥的整体动态模拟表面振动数据与试验数据相一致
得到的驱动桥内部数据为驱动桥的振动噪声研究提供了直观依据.
Dynamic simulation of whole driving axle is chosen to make up the shortcoming that only surface vibration data of driving axle can be obtained by the tests
thus the stress
displacement and acceleration at any position are revealed. A 3D model and a finite element model of driving axle is established and verified by comparing the results from modal tests and computing. The dynamic simulation for whole driving axle is conducted and verified by bench test. It demonstrates that the surface vibration data of dynamic simulation of whole driving axle coincide with that of the bench test
and the obtained driving axle interior data by dynamic simulation can directly support vibration and noise investigation of driving axle.
