The single-wall carbon nanotubes were chemically modified by anthracene carbinol
analyzed with transmission electron microscope
and characterized via ultraviolet visual spectrum
fluorescence spectrum and Raman scattering spectrum. The strength of the ultraviolet visual spectrum after absorbing anthracene carbinol is weakened by 57.1% to indicate that anthracene carbinol adheres to the single-wall carbon nanotubes
and Raman scattering spectrum apex of the single-wall carbon nanotubes moves to the long wave range by 6-7 cm
