采用MSC.Marc有限元软件的接触分析模块
对钳位过程中钳位块与转子的微观接触过程进行了研究
通过对钳位机构与转子间接触力学问题的分析
以及对转子接触摩擦状况的实验测试
提出了采用大钳位接触面的钳位机构方案.实验表明
采用大钳位接触面的尺蠖型压电驱动器在保证驱动器运动分辨率、运动稳定性的基础上
其承载能力比小钳位接触面的同类驱动器提高了2倍
大接触面钳位机构不仅有利于降低驱动器的局部磨损
而且还提高了驱动器的使用寿命.
Via contact analysis module of MSC.Marc software
the contact process between the clamping body and rotor is analyzed in micro-scale
and the corresponding mechanical model is established. The working surface of the rotor is tested under the contact-friction condition. The project of the novel actuator with large clamping area is proposed
which ensures the rotary resolution and rotary stability
and improves the loading capability by 2 times compared to the actuator with small one to reduce partial wear and lengthen working life of the actuator.
