采用雷诺边界条件
提出了一种考虑空穴效应的动载有限长滑动轴承非线性油膜力模型
并给出了详细的求解方法与流程。数值算例表明
与传统的有限差分法(FDM)相比
基于新模型方法的油膜力计算速度最快可以提高近5倍
最低相对误差可以控制在1%以内
证明了所提方法的准确性与高效性。含润滑间隙铰接副的动力学分析依赖于对雷诺方程数十万次的求解
精度与效率往往不可兼得
在曲柄滑块多体系统中引入新计算模型
计算结果表明
在30×30和40×40的网格密度下
与传统有限差分法相比
基于新模型方法的单个计算周期所节省时间分别高达6min和20min
证明了所提方法的可靠性和工程应用价值。
