摘要

为提高超薄壁管材的弯曲成形质量

研究了芯球个数、芯球厚度和芯棒支撑角度等芯棒参数对壁厚变化和椭圆度的影响。设计了3种芯球厚度和7种芯球个数

组合得到21种不同的芯棒支撑角度方案

建立了超薄壁不锈钢管材数控绕弯成型有限元分析模型进行仿真计算

并进行了试验验证。结果表明:芯球个数对壁厚减薄的均匀性有一定的影响

芯球个数相同时

芯球厚度越小

最大壁厚减薄率也越小

最大壁厚减薄率随着芯棒支撑角度的增大而变大;随着芯球个数、芯球厚度或芯棒支撑角度的增加或变大

椭圆度都有减小的趋势;同时总结出超薄壁不锈钢管材的合理的芯棒支撑角度范围为θ/3～θ/2。此项研究对指导芯棒参数设计、提高超薄壁管材的成形质量具有重要意义。
