在集输-S型柔性立管系统中实验研究了阀门开度对管内压力特性的影响.实验环路由水平段、倾角为-2°的下倾段和S型柔性立管组成.环路内径为50 mm

全长24 m.实验发现
当阀门开度Z小于临界阀门开度Z

系统压力急剧升高
压力波动幅度和波动周期锐减
对于本实验系统

在27%~30%之间.提出了一个节流稳定性分析模型
该模型可以预测节流过程中管内的流型转变
预测结果与实验数据吻合良好.
