作为海面溢油回收处理的优选泵送装置的8字形盘密封螺旋泵吸入能力无法准确表征,严重限制了其推广应用,结合数值模拟与理论计算,针对8字形盘密封螺旋泵吸入特性展开研究。运用ANSYS CFX浸入实体法构建了8字形盘密封螺旋泵增压流动过程的数值计算模型。分析了螺旋泵的增压流动机理,耦合啮合副结构特征和空间啮合原理,构建8字形盘密封螺旋泵吸入能力理论计算模型,准确求解其吸入能力,探究了各工况和运行参数对吸入能力的影响规律,并与传统的圆盘密封螺旋泵进行了对比。研究结果表明:8字形盘密封螺旋泵的吸入能力最小值为2.484(吸入能力大于1即满足吸入需求),最大值为3.482,且在吸入能力最小时,吸入介质的密度最大可达6000 kg·m
-3
,螺杆转速最大可达1550 r·min
-1
,与传统的圆盘密封螺旋泵相比,吸入介质的密度提高了69.5%,螺杆最高转速提高了34.8%。该研究结果可为8字形盘密封螺旋泵的设计优化与产业化应用提供参考。
The suction capacity of the 8-shaped disc sealed screw pump
which serves a preferred pumping device for offshore oil spill recovery and treatment
cannot be accurately characterized
severely limiting its widespread application. By combining numerical simulation and theoretical calculation
the suction characteristics of the figure-eight disk seal screw pump were studied. A numerical simulation model for the pressurization flow process of the 8-shaped disc sealed screw pump was constructed using the ANSYS CFX immersed solid method to analyze its pressurization flow mechanism and suction characteristics. On this basis
by coupling the structural features of the meshing pair and the principles of spatial meshing
a theoretical calculation model for the suction capacity of t
he 8-shaped disc sealed screw pump was established to accurately determine its suction capacity. The influence of various operating conditions and parameters on suction capacity was investigated
and a comparison was made with traditional circular disk seal screw pumps. The results show that the suction capacity of the 8-shaped disc sealed screw pump ranges from a minimum of 2.484 (suction capacity greater than 1 meets suction requirements) to a maximum of 3.482. At the minimum suction capacity
the maximum density of the suction medium can reach 6000 kg·m
-3
and the maximum screw speed can reach 1550 r·min
-1
. Compared to traditional circular disk seal screw pumps
the density of the suction medium is increased by 69.5%
and the maximum screw speed is increased by 34.8%. The findings of this study provide a reference for the design optimization and industrial application of 8-shaped disc sealed screw pumps.
