低压电器是构建新型电力系统的重要组成部分,随着新能源发电、直流工厂、数据中心等领域的快速发展,对其性能提出了更高要求。从数字化设计、先进测试技术、故障智能感知、直流断路器新产品研发等层面出发,综述了正泰集团-西安交通大学联合创新中心在低压电器数智化设计领域的合作研究与应用进展。在数字化设计方面,重点总结了空气开关电弧的磁流体动力学建模方法及其在灭弧系统优化设计中的应用。在先进测试技术方面,归纳分析了栅片电压测试、X射线成像诊断、电弧温度光谱测试等先进测试技术。在故障智能感知方面,总结了交、直流故障电弧和漏电的高精度智能检测方法,并介绍了交流故障电弧选线方法研究进展和用电安全故障检测方法的断路器集成技术。最后,介绍了低压直流断路器新产品的研发进展,并探讨了低压直流开断技术的发展趋势。工程示范应用结果表明,低压电器数智化设计已探索和实践出了一种新型高性能低压电器产品的高效研发模式。
Low-voltage electrical apparatus serves as a crucial component in the construction of new power systems.With the rapid development of fields such as renewable energy generation,DC factories,and data centers,higher performance requirements are being imposed on these apparatuses.This paper reviews the collaborative research and application progress in the digital and intelligent design of low-voltage electrical apparatus conducted by the Chint group-Xi'an Jiaotong University joint innovation center,with a focus on four aspects:digital design,advanced testing technologies,intelligent fault perception,and the development of new DC circuit breaker products.In terms of digital design,emphasis is placed on the magnetohydrodynamic modeling method for arc behavior in air circuit breakers and its application in the optimized design of arc-extinguishing systems.Regarding advanced testing technologies,techniques including grid voltage measurement,X-ray imaging diagnostics,and arc temperature spectroscopy are summarized and analyzed.In the area of intelligent fault perception,high-precision intelligent detection methods for AC/DC arc faults and leakage currents are outlined,and research progress on AC arc fault line selection methods as well as the integration technology of electrical safety fault detection into circuit breakers is introduced.Finally,the progress in the development of new lowvoltage DC circuit breaker products is described,and the development trends of low-voltage DC interruption technology are discussed. Results from engineering demonstration applications indicate that the digital and intelligent design of low-voltage electrical apparatus has explored and established an efficient research and development model for new high-performance products.
