为提高循环扇气动性能并降低其工作噪声,对循环扇前网罩进行了仿长耳鸮翼型设计。通过逆向工程方法提取了长耳鸮翅膀40%翼展截面处的翼型型线,结合加工工艺要求设计了循环扇的仿生前网罩。采用数值计算方法研究了仿长耳鸮翼型前网罩对循环扇气动性能和噪声的影响机制,并通过实验测试方法验证了带有仿长耳鸮翼型设计前网罩的循环扇性能。仿真结果表明:相比原型风扇,采用仿长耳鸮翼型前网罩的循环扇有效吹风距离更远,吹出的气流更集中,且能够提供更为均匀的风场分布;前网罩结构的仿生设计更符合经环状叶轮加速后气流的流动特性,减小了叶顶间隙及气流在格栅流道间的流动分离,从而有效抑制了涡的形成与脱落,循环扇内流动的湍动能强度大幅降低。实验结果表明:采用仿长耳鸮翼型前网罩的循环扇相比于原型循环扇在工作转速下噪声降低了1.6 dB,最大风速提升了11.6%,功率基本保持不变;在同噪声工况下,带仿鸮翼前网罩的循环扇的最大风速提升了18.1%,功率略有增大;在同风速工况下,带仿鸮翼前网罩的循环扇的噪声降低了4.2 dB,功率降幅达到24.6%。
To improve the aerodynamic performance and reduce the operating noise of circulating fans,a bionic front grille inspired by the wing profile of the long-eared owl is designed.The airfoil profile at the 40% wingspan cross-section of the long-eared owl's wing is extracted using reverse engineering methods,and a bionic front grille for the circulating fan is designed considering manufacturing requirements.The influence mechanism of the bionic long-eared owl-inspired front grille on the aerodynamic performance and noise of the circulating fan is investigated using numerical simulation methods.The performance of the circulating fan equipped with the bionic grille is validated through experimental testing.Simulation results indicate that,compared to the prototype fan,the circulating fan with the bionic long-eared owl-inspired front grille achieves a longer effective airflow distance,more concentrated airflow,and a more uniform wind field distribution.The bionic design of the front grille structure better aligns with the flow characteristics of the airflow accelerated by the annular impeller,reducing tip clearance and flow separation between grille channels,thereby effectively suppressing vortex formation and shedding.The turbulent kinetic energy intensity within the circulating fan is significantly reduced.Experimental results show that,compared to the prototype fan,the circulating fan with the bionic long-eared owl wing-inspired front grille reduces noise by 1.6 dB at operating speed,increases maximum wind speed by 11.6%,and maintains nearly unchanged power consumption.Under identical noise conditions,the maximum wind speed increases by 18.1% with a slight rise in power consumption. Under identical wind speed conditions,noise is reduced by 4.2 dB and power consumption decreases by 24.6%.
