为解决被动预燃室发动机稀燃能力不足的问题,基于一台缸内甲醇直喷、预燃室射流点火发动机展开试验研究,在过量空气系数为1.0~1.4的不同运行工况下,探索单次、两次和三次喷射策略对发动机燃烧特性及排放特性的影响。试验结果表明:多次喷射可有效提升预燃室混合气浓度,增强预燃室射流点火能量,进而提高发动机燃烧稳定性。在当量比燃烧工况下,多次喷射虽使燃烧持续期延长,HC、CO排放量略有升高,但在稀燃工况下优势凸显。当过量空气系数为1.4时,单次喷射、两次喷射、三次喷射的指示平均有效压力循环变动系数分别为4.96%、4.36%、3.79%。相较于单次喷射,两次喷射和三次喷射的燃烧持续期分别缩短了15.3%、17.5%;两次喷射和三次喷射的HC比排放量分别降低了0.26、0.35 g·(kW·h)
-1
,CO比排放量分别降低了0.44、0.93 g·(kW·h)
-1
,指示热效率分别提高了0.5%、1.1%。从优化喷射策略来看,该研究结果为提升被动预燃室发动机稀燃性能提供了一定的参考。
To address the problem of poor lean-burn capacity for passive pre-chamber engines
an investigation was conducted on a methanol direct-injection engine equipped with pre-chamber jet ignition(PCJI)system.Specifically
tests were carried out under varied operating conditions with the excess air coefficient ranging from 1.0 to 1.4 to explore the influence of single
double
and triple injection strategies on combustion and emission characteristics of the engine.The findings reveal that the multiple injection strategies significantly enhanced the mixture concentration within the pre-chamber
increased the jet ignition energy
and thereby improved the combustion stability.Under stoichiometric combustion conditions
the multiple injection strategy slightly extended the combustion duration and led to a marginal increase in HC and CO brake specific
emissions.However
obvious benefits were observed under lean-burn conditions.When the excess air coefficient was 1.4
the coefficient of variation of the indicated mean effective pressure for the single injection
double injection
and triple injection strategies was 4.96%
4.36%
and 3.79%
respectively.Compared with the single injection strategy
the double injection and triple injection strategies resulted in reductions in HC brake specific emissions by 0.26 g·(kW·h)

and 0.35 g·(kW·h)

reductions in CO brake specific emissions by 0.44 g·(kW·h)

and 0.93 g·(kW·h)
-1
and increases in indicated thermal efficiency by 0.5% and 1.1%
respectively. These research findings offer valuable references for enhancing the lean-burn performance of passive pre-chamber engines through the optimization of injection strategies.
