为提高微米级铝粉的燃烧效率及其对含能分子的催化性能,基于化学气相转移(CVT)方法,制备了微米级铝粉负载铁单原子的催化剂Fe
1
/Al。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)、球差校正扫描透射电子显微镜(AC-STEM)、X射线吸收精细结构谱(XAFS)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对单原子催化剂的负载量、结构和理化性质进行了表征。通过同步热分析(TG-DSC)对比了CVT方法改性前后材料的热反应性能,并研究了系列材料对1,1′-二羟基-5,5′-联四唑羟胺盐(TKX-50)的催化分解性能。结果表明:基于CVT法制备的催化剂表面铁物种呈现出原子级别的高度分散,使用CVT法可在铁单原子含量及催化剂产量等方面实现可控制备;系列单原子催化剂的热反应性能及其对TKX-50的热催化分解性能较未改性铝粉均表现出显著提升,其中铁负载量(质量分数)为5.0%的Fe
1
/Al对TKX-50具有最佳催化效果,热催化分解两阶段的反应峰值温度较未改性铝粉降低了19.3 ℃和39.1 ℃。该研究实现了铝粉为载体的单原子燃烧催化剂的可控制备,为微米级铝粉的改性提供了新的方法和思路。
To improve the combustion efficiency of micron-sized aluminum powder and its catalytic performance for energetic molecules
iron single-atom catalysts (Fe
1
/Al) loaded on micron-sized aluminum powder are prepared using the chemical vapor transport (CVT) method in this study. The loading amount
structure
and physicochemical properties of the single-atom catalysts are characterized using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES)
aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy (AC-STEM)
X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy (XAFS)
and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) is used to compare the thermal reaction performance of the materials before and after modification by CVT method
and the catalytic decomposition performance of a series of materials on dihydroxylammonium 5
5′-bistetrazole-1
1′-diolate (TKX-50) is investigated. Results indicate that the iron species on the surface of the catalysts prepared by the CVT method exhibit a high degree of atomic-level dispersion. The CVT method allows for controlled preparation in terms of iron single-atom content and catalyst yield. The thermal reaction performance of the series of single-atom catalysts
as well as their catalytic decomposition performance on TKX-50
show significant improvements compared to unmodified aluminum powder. Among them
the Fe
1
/Al catalyst with a loading of 5.0% iron exhibits the best catalytic effect on TKX-50
with a peak temperature of the thermal catalytic decomposition reaction reduced by 19.3 ℃ and 39.1 ℃ compared to unmodified aluminum powder. This study achieves the controlled preparation of single-atom combustion catalysts loaded on aluminum powder
providing a new method and approach for the modification of micron-sized aluminum powder.
