为提升空调器整机性能
揭示多翼离心风机各动静部件之间的协同匹配优化效果及整机状态下的流动特性
以风量作为主要参数
引入系数ε表征单风机性能变化对风机盘管整机性能变化的响应度。采用分组优化设计的方法研究了叶轮、蜗壳型线、蜗舌和集流器对单风机以及风机盘管整机气动性能的影响。研究结果表明:基于贝塞尔曲线的吸力面仿鱼形叶片设计对风机盘管整机性能的响应度最高
有效抑制了叶片吸力面上的流动分离
降低了气流对叶片前缘的冲击作用; 偏流蜗壳型线和浅舌设计能够显著降低蜗壳内的流动损失
但是抗静压能力不足导致整机性能的响应度不高; 外凸集流器设计有效改善了叶轮前盘与集流器间隙处的逆压梯度
虽然能够提升单风机性能
但是破坏了风机盘管整机的进气状态
气动性能响应度为负值。与原型机相比
采用分组优化设计之后的单风机风量提升了18%
效率提升了2.8%; 风机盘管整机风量提升了11.2%
效率提升了0.83%。
Multi-blade centrifugal fans are often placed in air conditioners with complex workspace. The optimization characteristics of a single fan can't be effectively reflected in the whole machine. To improve the performance of the air conditioner
reveal the collaborative matching optimization effect between the dynamic and static components of the multi-blade centrifugal fan and the flow characteristics of the whole machine
this paper takes the air volume as the main parameter
uses the coefficient to characterize the responsiveness of the performance change of the fan coil unit caused by the performance change of a single fan. The effects of impeller
volute profile
volute tongue form and collector on the aerodynamic performance of a single fan and the fan coil unit are studied by using the grouping optimization design approach. The results show that the fish like blade with suction surface based on Bezier curve has the highest responsiveness. The flow separation on the suction surface of the blade is effectively restrained. The impact of air flow on the leading edge of the blade is reduced. The profile of bias flow volute and shallow tongue can significantly reduce the flow loss in the volute. However
the lack of static pressure resistance leads to poor responsiveness of the whole machine performance. The outer convex collector design effectively alleviates the reverse pressure gradient at the gap between the front disc of the impeller and the collector. Although it can improve the performance of a single fan
it destroys the air flow state at the inlet of the fan coil unit. The responsiveness of aerodynamic performance is negative. With the grouping optimization design used
the air volume and the efficiency are improved by 18% and 2.8% for a single fan
and by 11.2% and 0.83% for the fan coil unit respectively compared with the prototype.
