针对内置式永磁同步电机齿槽转矩和转矩脉动大引起的振动噪声问题
提出一种转子开辅助槽的内置式Halbach永磁同步电机结构。首先
计算电机电磁转矩、气隙磁密、齿槽转矩的解析函数
并建立电机仿真模型。其次
利用参数敏感度和中心复合设计响应面相结合的分析方法对电机结构参数进行分层优化
两层分别采用最大最小蚁群算法和参数扫描法寻优。最后
将优化后的结构与相同永磁体体积的普通V型、倒三角型和倒三角开槽型3种电机的电磁性能进行对比。结果表明:所提出的内置式Halbach开槽型永磁同步电机在不损失电磁转矩的基础上
大幅度降低了齿槽转矩
抑制了转矩脉动
改善了气隙磁密和反电势波形的正弦度
有效提升了电机的电磁性能。
To solve vibration and noise problems caused by large cogging torque and torque ripple of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor
a Halbach interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with rotor auxiliary slots is proposed. First
the analytic functions of the motor's electromagnetic torque
air-gap flux density
and cogging torque are calculated
and the motor simulation model is established. Secondly
motor structure parameters are optimized hierarchically using the analysis method combining parameter sensitivity and central composite design response surface
and both layers are optimized by using the MAX-MIN ant system and parameter sweep respectively. Finally
the electromagnetic performance of the optimized structure is compared with that of ordinary V-type
inverted-triangular and inverted-triangular slotted motors with the same permanent magnet volume. The results show that the proposed motor can greatly reduce the cogging torque
suppress the torque ripple
and improve the air-gap flux density
sine back EMF
and the electromagnetic performance of the motor without loss of electromagnetic torque.
