在一台重型柴油机上燃用3种不同理化特性的柴油
分别为国五柴油与2种改性柴油
用来探明改性柴油对排放污染物的影响。分析了工况、空燃比及改性柴油对重型柴油机常规污染物NO
x
、CO
2
、THC的影响; 用XAD-2吸附管采集气相多环芳香烃污染物
活性炭吸附管采集单环芳香烃污染物
DNPH吸附管采集醛酮类化合物
探讨工况、空燃比与改性柴油对非常规污染物排放影响; 用石英滤膜采集颗粒物进行碳质组分分析
讨论了工况、空燃比与改性柴油对颗粒物碳质组分的影响。结果表明:相比于低转速25%负荷工况
额定转速25%负荷工况下空燃比更高
常规污染物排放更低
醛酮类化合物与芳香烃排放更高
醛酮类化合物上升约13%
有机碳与元素碳排放略微升高; 相比于国五柴油
在较高空燃比工况下
低芳香烃的柴油NO
x
排放上升15%左右
CO
2
排放略微上升
THC排放略微降低
较低汽化潜热的柴油NO
x
排放上升30%左右
CO
2
排放上升13%左右
THC排放降低28%左右
较低芳香烃的柴油多环芳香烃排放下降约50%
较低汽化潜热的柴油多环芳香烃排放下降约25%; 2种改性柴油相比国五柴油的醛酮类化合物排放量均下降15%左右
2种改性柴油的有机碳与元素碳排放都小于国五柴油15%左右。
In a heavy-duty diesel engine
3 types of diesel fuel(automotive National-V diesel fuel and 2 types of modified diesel fuel)with different physicochemical characteristics were burned to investigate the effects of the modified diesel fuels on the emission of pollutants. The effects of operating condition
air-to-fuel ratio and modified diesel fuel on the conventional pollutants NO
x
CO
2
and T
HC from heavy-duty diesel engine were analyzed. The effects of working condition
air-to-fuel ratio and modified diesel fuel on the carbon components in particulate matter were discussed. The results show that compared with the low speed-25% load condition
the rated speed-25% load condition has higher air-to-fuel ratio
lower emission of conventional pollutants
and higher emission of aldehydes
ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons
e.g. about 13% increase in aldehydes and ketones
and slightly higher emission of organic carbon and elemental carbon. Compared with the automotive National-V diesel
under higher air-to-fuel ratio condition
the NO
x
emission of the diesel with low aromatic hydrocarbon content increases by about 15%
CO
2
emission increases slightly
and THC emission decreases slightly; the NO
x
emission of the diesel with lower latent heat of vaporization increases by about 30%
CO
2
emission increases by about 13%
and THC emission decreases by about 28%; and the PAH emission of the diesel with lower aromatic hydrocarbon decreases by about 50%
and the PAH emission of the diesel with lower latent heat of vaporization decreases by about 25%. The emission of aldehydes and ketones of the 2 modified diesel fuels is decreased by about 15% compared with that of the National-V diesel fuels.
