针对列车风机用五相永磁同步电机(FPMSM)一相断路故障情况
基于五相电机特有的三维子空间
提出一种考虑三次谐波抑制的五相永磁电机容错控制策略。建立五相永磁同步电机数学模型
根据驱动拓扑结构分析空间电压矢量分布规律
利用五相电机三维空间中大矢量与中矢量对磁链作用效果相反的特点
构建虚拟电压矢量抑制相电流三次谐波; 根据不同扇区中虚拟电压矢量对转矩及磁链的作用效果
建立故障前后电压矢量开关选择表对转矩和磁链进行调节
降低一相断路故障引起的转矩脉动
使五相电机发生故障后仍能稳定运行
提高风机驱动系统运行可靠性。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下搭建五相电机系统仿真模型
对不同负载情况进行仿真
仿真结果表明:五相永磁电机在一相断路故障前后输出转矩和转速基本不变
风机驱动系统仍能稳定运行
证明了容错控制策略的有效性。该方法可扩展到多相永磁电机容错控制。
A fault-tolerant control strategy for five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(FPMSM)with third-harmonic suppression is proposed based on the three-dimensional subspace of five-phase motors. A mathematical model of FPMSM is established and the distribution of space voltage vector is analy-ed according to the driving topology. A virtual voltage vector is constructed to suppress the third harmonic of phase current by utili-ing the opposite effect of large vector and medium vector on magnetic flux in three-dimensional space of five-phase motors. According to the effects of virtual voltage vector on torque and flux linkage in different sectors
a voltage vector switch selection table is established to adjust the torque and flux linkage before and after a fault to reduce the torque ripple caused by open-phase fault of one phase
so that the driving motor can still run steadily after the fault
and the reliability of the fan drive system is improved. A simulation model of the five-phase
