针对某舰船主变流机组火花偏大导致的输出功率和转矩不足问题
研究了火花偏大对机组运行特性的影响。通过等效电路模型构建了机组同步电机、直流电机的数学模型及同步电机和直流电机的机械耦合方程
建立了主变流机组数学模型
仿真试验表明
主变流机组模型在额定工况下对机组转速和端电压幅值的控制效果较好。通过分析直流电机电枢电流换向过程
明确了主变流机组火花的产生机理。将Cassie电弧近似为火花数学模型
并将其串联至机组直流电机电枢回路中
实现了机组火花偏大的虚拟注入
仿真试验结果表明:在相同负载条件下
火花偏大会使电枢电流下降、纹波系数增加。对一台4 kW主变流机组原型样机进行了试验
结果表明:随着机组负载的增大
无论是否存在火花偏大问题
直流电机电枢电流纹波系数都会减小; 在同等负载条件下
火花偏大时直流电机电枢电流的纹波系数比正常工况下的纹波系数大; Cassie电弧模型正确且有效。该研究可为机组火花偏大的在线监测及故障诊断提供一种参考。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient output power and torque caused by the large spark of a ship main converter unit
the influence of large spark on the operating characteristics of the unit was studied.The mathematical model of synchronous motor and direct current(DC)motor and the mechanical coupling equation of synchronous motor and DC motor were constructed by the equivalent circuit model
and the mathematical model of main converter unit was established.The simulation experiment showed that the main converter unit model had better control effect on the unit speed and terminal voltage amplitude under rated conditions.By analy-ing the commutation process of the DC motor armature current
the mechanism of spark generation in the main converter unit was clarified.Approximating the Cassie arc as a spark mathematical model
it was connected in series to the armature circuit of the DC motor to reali-e the virtual injection of large sparks.The simulation result showed that under the same
