为了研究小容量电源条件下变压器绕组在短路冲击下的振动特性
建立了基于冲击电流发生器的变压器短路冲击振动试验平台
根据一台单相10/0.4 kV变压器的结构参数
利用场-路耦合的有限元算法
获得了短路冲击下变压器绕组的电流变化规律
并与试验结果进行对比
验证了仿真方法的正确性。在此基础上
提取高低压绕组端部、中部线饼轴向电磁力的变化规律
利用瞬态动力学获得了高压绕组不同线饼在冲击电流下的振动响应。研究结果表明:三维有限元模型的场-路耦合算法可以准确地获得试验平台的电流特性; 短路冲击下绕组轴向振动最大加速度位于绕组高度的1/4和3/4位置处
可以在油箱表面正对该位置的区域进行振动监测; 绕组同一线饼中垫块间线匝振动加速度大于垫块所在位置的振动加速度; 由于惯性
绕组轴向振动加速度最大值的时刻滞后于电流幅值最大的时刻。
In order to study the vibration characteristics of transformer winding in short circuit under small power capacity
a short-circuit impact and vibration test platform based on the impact current generator is established. The current variations of the transformer winding under short-circuit impact are obtained with field-circuit coupling finite element analysis. And the simulation results are compared with experimental ones to verify the accuracy. In addition variation of axial electromagnetic force of the end as well as middle in winding is hence extracted to complete transient dynamic analysis of winding vibration. It indicates that three dimensional field-circuit coupling finite element model can accurately describe current characteristics of the test platform. The largest winding axial vibration under short-circuit impact locates at the 1/4 and 3/4 height of winding
so it is suitable to monitor the tank vibration near this zone. The axial vibration of winding in turn is larger than that in spacer and the moment of the maximum acceleration of the axial vibration of the winding lags behind current due to the inertia.
