为有效解决硬岩掘进机启动冲击振动较大和经常性过载工作的问题
提出一种基于柔性传动技术的复合式磁力耦合器。根据新型复合式磁力耦合器的结构特点
应用化“场”为“路”的方法
建立了气隙磁场的计算公式; 基于电流叠加性
将电流折算到铜导体表面
并沿圆周方向对感生电动势进行积分
建立了空间磁场的电磁扭矩模型。为了验证理论分析的正确性
设计并制造了一台1:2样机
对其机械性能进行了仿真分析及试验测试。结果表明:当转差率相同时
理论值、仿真值及试验值三者之间的差距小于10%; 在同等体积条件下
相较于普通双盘式磁力耦合器
复合式磁力耦合器传递的扭矩增大了30.7%; 与配备相同容量异步电机的硬岩掘进机相比
配备复合式磁力耦合器的硬岩掘进机的线性工作区域较宽
机械特性较软
因此过载保护能力更强。此项研究也可为承受大启动冲击和经常性过载的机械设备的设计和应用提供参考。
To solve the problem of strong impact vibration and frequent overload during the rock break and excavation process of tunnel boring machines
a hybrid magnetic coupler based on flexible drive technology was proposed. According to the structural features of the hybrid magnetic coupler
the calculation formula of air gap magnetic flux density was established by turning “electromagnetic field” into “electric circuit”. Based on the current superposition property
the current was converted to the surface of the copper conductor
and the electromagnetic torque model of the space magnetic field was established by integrating the induced electromotive force along the circumferential direction. To verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis
an experimental prototype of the hybrid magnetic coupler at a scale of 1:2 was designed and produced. Then simulation verification and experimental measurement for its mechanical behavior were performed. Results show that under the same slip ratio
the relative errors among theoretical
experimental and simulation values are less than 10%; and under the condition of same volume size
the transmission ability of the hybrid magnetic coupler is stronger compared with that of the general double-disc type magnetic coupler. Compared with the hard rock boring machine with the same capacity of asynchronous motor
the linear operating region of the hard rock boring machine equipped with the hybrid magnetic coupler is wider
and the mechanical behaviors are soft
so the overload protection ability is stronger. This research may provide a reference for design and application of mechanical equipment under great start impact and frequent overload.
