为了研究倾斜式双圆柱滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的共轭齿对在啮合传动过程中的润滑特性
在其啮合理论和弹性流体动力润滑理论的基础上
根据牛顿流体弹流润滑模型建立了倾斜式双圆柱滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的等温弹流润滑简化模型及线接触弹流数学模型
利用牛顿迭代法和牛顿-拉夫逊法进行了数值求解
得到了该传动副的油膜压力及油膜厚度曲线
并据此分析了滚柱半径、喉径系数、滚柱偏距、倾斜角对弹流润滑特性的影响。结果表明:该传动副具有较好的润滑性能; 喉径系数和滚柱偏距是影响润滑特性的重要因素
滚柱半径和倾斜角对润滑特性的影响较小; 蜗轮齿顶处的润滑效果优于蜗轮齿根处; 要使传动副保持良好的润滑性能
喉径系数不宜过小
滚柱偏距不宜过大。
To study the lubrication performance of the conjugating tooth-pairs in inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive
a simplified model of isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL)and a line-contact mathematical model are established with Newtonian fluid EHL model based on the meshing theory of inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive and the theory of EHL. The oil film pressure and thickness are analyzed by using Newton iteration and Newton-Raphson method. And the effects of roller radius
orifice coefficient
offset distance and inclined angle on the EHL performance of this worm drive are analyzed. It can be concluded that this transmission has better lubrication performance and that the orifice coefficient and offset distance are the most important factors affecting the EHL performance
and roller radius and inclined angle have less influence. The EHL performance at addendum of the worm gear is better than that at dedendum. The orifice coefficient should not be too small and offset distance should not be too large for effectively improving the lubrication performance of the inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive.
