为有效控制并降低双螺杆制冷压缩机排气气流脉动幅值
研究并开发了一种基于赫姆霍兹共振器的气流脉动衰减器。考虑到压缩机排气腔内的油气两相流动
首先基于两相流双流体方程
建立了油气两相环状流流型下的声速计算模型
实现了两相流动状态下衰减腔内共振频率的计算
开发了一种适用于螺杆制冷压缩机的气流脉动衰减器
就排气温度和润滑油含量对其衰减性能的影响进行了实验研究
并对比了有无衰减器时压缩机的机脚振动情况。研究结果表明:当润滑油含量保持不变时
存在最佳的R134a气体声速
使得衰减器性能最佳
但随着润滑油含量的增加
最佳的R134a气体声速有所上升; 两相流声速决定了衰减腔的共振频率
存在最佳的两相流声速使得衰减器性能最佳
且随着润滑油含量的增加
最佳两相流声速基本不变
而最大衰减比有所提升; 开发的脉动衰减器应用于螺杆制冷压缩机名义工况下运行时
一阶气流脉动频率下的机脚振动加速度可降低36.2%~40.9%。
For the purpose of improving discharge gas pulsation characteristic of twin screw refrigeration compressor
a gas pulsation damping device following the principle of Helmholtz resonator was developed. In consideration of the oil-gas two-phase flow in the compressor discharge chamber
a two-phase sound speed calculation model was established. Then the resonant frequency of damping device can be evaluated. The gas pulsation damping device applied to twin screw refrigeration compressor was developed. Experimental investigation was carried out to analyze the effects of discharge temperature and lubrication oil flow rate on the performance of damping device. And the vibration characteristic of compressor with the damping device was compared with the one without damping device. It is concluded that there exists an optimal sound speed of R134a to achieve the maximum damping ratio when the lubrication oil flow rate keeps constant. With the increasing oil flow rate
the optimal value of R134a sound speed increases. There also exists an optimal sound speed of the two-phase fluid
and optimal value keeps constant but the damping ratio increases as the oil flow rate increases. The vibration acceleration of compressor under-chassis under first-order gas pulsation frequency can be reduced by 36.2% to 40.9% as the compressor is equipped with the damping device.
