在一台SOFIM8140柴油机上
通过改变柴油中C

以上重质组分、添加润滑油和蓖麻油的方法
研究了柴油组分变化对有机可溶物(SOF)中烷烃的生成量、组分及其分布规律的影响; 在一台WP12-336发动机上燃用二甲醚
且在均质充量压燃方式下考察了润滑油裂解生成SOF烷烃的特性。实验结果表明:在柴油中添加重质物或润滑油后的SOF质量排放量均有所增加
添加蓖麻油后则有所降低; SOF中烷烃成分及其分布规律不受燃料成分变化的影响
均是碳数为C
15
~C
25
的连续正烷烃
烷烃含量随碳数的增加呈现近似正态分布规律; 在润滑油裂解生成SOF中烷烃的组分主要是碳数为C
15
~C
25
的正烷烃
但碳数不连续
各烷烃含量呈非正态分布。
The effects of heavy compositions of diesel on SOF(soluble organic fraction)composition and the distribution were experimentally investigated on a SOFIM8140 diesel engine by adding lubrication oil
castor oil and heavy hydrocarbons with carbon number larger than C
14
in diesel. And the SOF composition and its distribution characteristics originated from lubricant decomposition were analyzed as well on a WP12-336 DME(dimethyl ether)engine working in HCCI(homogeneous charge compression ignition)mode. The experimental results show that the mass of SOF emission increases with the increasing fraction of diesel heavy hydrocarbons and lube oil
and decreases with the blending of castor oil. However the composition and its distri
bution of SOF basically remain constant as C
15
-C
25
continuous n-alkanes in Gaussian distribution. The main composition of lube originated SOF also mainly remains C
15
-C
25
n-alkanes
but not continuously distributed.
