提出了一种适用于大型单相变压器阶梯接缝结构铁芯的空载损耗计算方法。该方法首先运用等效磁特性方法对铁芯阶梯接缝区进行等效分析
得出接缝区的等效材料特性
然后将一个工作周期按等时间间隔进行划分
分别计算各个时刻铁芯的静态磁场分布
通过样条插值得到磁感应强度随时间变化的曲线
最后运用快速傅里叶变换算法对磁感应强度曲线进行离散
提取出磁感应强度各次谐波幅值
并将其在对应频率的损耗曲线上进行线性插值得到损耗值
将各单元所有损耗值进行求和得到总损耗值。以一台实际工程中的大型单相变压器为模型
分别采用提出的方法及不考虑铁芯接缝结构的传统计算方法对其空载损耗进行计算
并将计算结果与变压器空载试验的结果进行对比
结果表明
提出的方法比传统方法得到的结果更趋近于测量值
在50%~100%的额定电压范围内
精度最高可提高9.8%。
An algorithm for calculating no-load losses of large single-phase transformer core with step-lap joints was proposed. Equivalent magnetic property method was employed to obtain the equivalent material properties of joints. A cycle was divided according to the equal time interval
and then the static magnetic flux density distribution was calculated at each instant moment. Spline-interpolated method was chosen to draw up the temporal curve of magnetic flux density. FFT analysis was used to determine the each harmonic amplitude of magnetic flux density. The losses were evaluated by linear interpolation from loss curves with corresponding frequency
and the total transformer core loss was gotten by summing losses of all elements. A large single-phase transformer used in practical project was taken as the object
and the proposed algorithm and the traditional scheme without considering joint structure were used to calculate no-load losses. The comparison with the result of no-load transformer test shows that the result from the proposed algorithm gets closer to the test data
which enables to improve the accuracy by 9.8% in the rated voltage range of 50% to 100%.
