针对有限空间、半无限大空间和无限大空间3种开放式流动系统的进口类型
采用无网格移动粒子半隐式法
依据进口附近新增流体变形程度不同的特点建立了相应的进口速度边界模型。通过控制进口流速和添加固体边界来避免模型可能产生的流动不连续和自由面形状不光滑、不规则等问题。基于该模型
在三维情况下模拟实现了两个圆柱形喷嘴的液柱喷射及互击碰撞过程。液柱碰撞在系统的对称面上产生了一层液膜
该液膜在一定碰撞参数下的形状、厚度、鞍部的高度和流场速度分布等信息及其非定常变化过程均可以从计算结果中进行提取和研究。数值模拟结果符合物理原理
模型的建立扩展了移动粒子半隐式法的应用范围
规范了进口模型的科学使用
使计算更加便捷和精确。
The distinct velocity boundary models were established according to the different deformation degrees of the newly added liquid around the inlet area and on the basis of the moving particle semi-implicit method for the finite space inlet flow
semi-infinite space inlet flow and infinite space inlet flow in an open flow system. The velocity arrangement and the extra solid boundary were employed to avoid some problems such as discontinuous flow
and irregular and unsmooth free surface in the simulation with the models. With the present models
the three-dimensional injection and collision process of two liquid jets with circular cross sections was simulated. The results show that a typical liquid film is generated on the symmetrical plane by the collision. The data including the shape
thickness
saddle height and flow field of the film
and their unsteady changes can be gained from the calculation. The numerical simulation results agree with the physical principle. It appears that our findings not only significantly expand the application range of the moving particle semi-implicit method but also normalize the usage of the inlet flow models
which can improve the accuracy and convenience of the calculation.
