针对旋转轴与水平面非垂直的情况
提出了一种采用双轴倾角传感器实现空间旋转角度测量的算法。当传感器被随机安装在旋转平面上时
存在3个未知的空间位置参数:旋转轴和水平面之间的夹角β; 传感器所在平面和旋转轴之间的夹角γ; 传感器测量轴在测量平面上的偏转角α。根据倾角传感器测量轴、旋转轴和水平面的空间关系
建立了基于双轴倾角传感器的空间旋转角度测量的数学模型
推导出了空间旋转角度检测的解析表达式。采用该模型算法可实现传感器安装位置参数α和γ的测量
或旋转轴水平夹角β的测量
还可以表现旋转轴非垂直于水平面情况下空间旋转角度的测量
并能达到一定的准确度。实验结果表明
当旋转轴和水平面夹角在小于75°的情况下
采用该方法在±100°的测试范围内
检测准确度均能达到0.2°
说明该模型的重复性良好
并能达到一定精度。
This paper presents an approach for measurement of spatial rotation-angle with dual-axis inclination sensor in the case of non-vertical rotation axis. When the sensor is randomly installed on the rotation plane
there are three unpredictable position parameters: β
the angle between the rotation axis and level; α
the swing angle on the measuring plane; and γ
the angle between the sensor plane and the rotation axis. A rotation-angle model is established according to the relationship among measuring axes
rotation axis and the level
and the corresponding analytical equations are derived. The three position parameters and rotation-angle can be calculated with certain accuracy as the rotation axis gets non-vertical to the level. Experimental results show that the measuring accuracy reaches 0.2° within the range of ±100° if the angle between the rotation axis and the level is less than 75°
which indicates the fine repeatability and accuracy of this model.
