针对超临界水冷堆(SCWR)堆芯内非圆通道、高热流密度下传热特性研究困难的现状
在压力为23~28 MPa、质量流速为350~1 000 kg/(m
2
·s)、热流密度为200~1 000 kW/m
2
的试验条件下
对环缝间隙为4 mm的环形通道内超临界水的传热特性进行了试验研究。在SCWR的概念设计运行工况下
并未发生传热恶化现象
这一结论对SCWR堆芯传热分析具有重要参考意义。试验结果表明
热流密度和质量流速对传热特性影响非常明显。此外
螺旋绕丝能够显著强化局部传热
并对下游的传热情况具有一定的改善作用。在环形通道中
一定试验参数下仍然观察到了传热恶化现象
且传热恶化的试验工况与Ogata关系式预测值比较接近。就传热恶化的机理而言
浮升力对传热恶化的发生起着重要作用。在所选定的6组换热经验关联式中
Jackson和Bishop关联式对换热系数的预测效果最好。
Experiments were conducted to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of supercritical pressure water in an annular flow channel with a gap size of 4 mm at the pressure of 23-28 MPa
mass velocity of 350-1 000 kg/(m
2
·s)and heat flux of 200-1 000 kW/m
2
. The results show that
at the conceptual design parameters of SCWR
no heat transfer deterioration occurred
and the heat flux and mass flux had significant influence on heat transfer. The wrapped wire arranged on the heated rod had a remarkable effect on local heat transfer
and it could also improve the heat transfer in downstream. At particular test parameters
heat transfer deterioration was observed in the annular channel
and the mass f
lux and heat flux corresponding to deterioration were close to those predicted by the Ogata correlation. According to the criterion of Jackson
the heat transfer deterioration may be mainly caused by buoyancy. The comparison between the six heat-transfer correlations selected and the experimental data shows that the Jackson's correlation and the Bishop's correlation perform best and they can be used in predicting heat transfer of supercritical water in annular flow channels.
