为了研究压力和温度对Mg
2
Ni储氢合金动力学性能的影响以及吸氢反应机理
采用机械合金化的方法制备了Mg
2
Ni储氢合金。利用P-C-T测试仪进行活化并测试其吸氢动力学特性
并在实验的基础上结合3种常用的动力学模型分析了Mg
2
Ni合金吸氢反应的控速步骤。结果表明:Mg
2
Ni合金在673 K、7.4 MPa条件下活化3次就能够基本活化完全
吸收1 mol氢气所需活化能为43.47 kJ; 温度对其动力学性能影响不明显
相反压力的影响比较大
吸氢反应速率和吸氢量都随压力的升高而增加; 实验结果与JDM和JMA动力学模型比较吻合; 金属氢化物形核长大与氢原子在产物层中的扩散过程是Mg
2
Ni合金吸氢反应的混合控速步骤。
The kinetics performance of the Mg
2
Ni alloy prepared by the mechanically alloying method was measured using a P-C-T apparatus to investigate the effects of temperature and hydrogen pressure on the kinetics of the Mg
2
Ni alloy
and its hydriding mechanism. Three commonly used kinetics models were applied to analyze the rate-controlling steps of the Mg
2
Ni alloy with the experimental data. The results show that three hydriding/dehydriding cycles are enough for the Mg
2
Ni alloy to be completely activated at 673 K and 7.4 MPa
and the activated energy needed is 43.47 kJ. The effect of temperature on the kinetics property is not obvious while hydrogen pressure displays significant influences o
n the reaction kinetics. The comparison results show that the experimental data fit the JDM and JMA models well. The metal hydride nucleation and the hydrogen atom diffusion in the metal hydride are the mixed rate-controlling steps for mechanically alloying Mg
2
Ni alloy.
