为了提高燃气轮机拉杆式转子的动力分析中梁单元模型的计算精度
引入弹簧连接单元对变截面轴段和接触界面刚度削弱进行了模化且保留了模型的物理意义
弹簧连接单元的刚度和拉杆式转子的物理参数通过模型修正方法获得。对一个简化的拉杆式实验转子进行了模化和模型修正
结果是所提方法获得的特征频率和实验结果非常吻合
表明拉杆式转子梁单元模型具有较高的计算效率和计算精度
可应用于转子的不平衡响应、瞬态响应分析和基于模型的故障诊断分析。
It is necessary to raise the computing efficiency and accuracy of the beam element model in the dynamic analysis of the rod-fastened rotor of a gas turbine. In our study
the spring connection elements were adopted to model the decrease in bending stiffness of rotor sections with abrupt changes in the diameter and contact interfaces. The stiffness values of the spring connection elements and the physical parameters of the rod-fastened rotor were obtained by the model updating method. The method proposed retains the physical meaning of the model. In addition
the model of a simplified experimental rod-fastened rotor was established and updated. The results show that the calculated eigenfrequencies are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data. It appears that the beam elements model of the rod-fastened rotor obtained by the proposed method has higher computing efficiency and accuracy in the unbalance response analysis
transient response analysis
and mode-based fault diagnosis of rotors.
