针对V锥流量计在测量湿气时产生的虚高问题
提出用V锥流量计的两相流量系数来进行修正。采用节流比为0.75的V锥
在压力为0.10~0.22 MPa、气相流量为100~300 m
3
·h
-1
、液相流量为0~0.08 m
3
·h
-1
的实验条件下
研究了Lockhart-Martinelli(L-M)参数、压力及气体密度弗鲁德数对V锥两相流量系数的影响。结果表明
两相流量系数与L-M参数呈良好的线性关系
线性斜率受气体密度弗鲁德数和压力的影响。获得了两相流量系数与L-M参数、气体密度弗鲁德数和压力的拟合关联式
并建立了基于两相流量系数的湿气测量模型。在95%的置信水平下
新模型的气相流量测量相对误差小于±5%。
The two-phase flow coefficient of a V-cone meter was proposed to correct the “over-reading” produced by measuring the wet gas using the V-cone meter. The experiment was conducted with the V-cone meter with a diameter ratio of 0.75 for air and water. The test pressure ranged from 0.10 MPa to 0.22 MPa
and the gas and liquid mass flow rates were from 100 m
3
·h
-1
to 300 m
3
·h
-1
and from 0 to 0.08 m
3
·h
-1
respectively. The effects of the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter
the operating pressure and the gas densiometric Froude number on the two-phase flow coefficient were investigated. The results show that the two-phase flow coefficient increased linearly with the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter
and the slope of the two-phase flow coef
ficient vs. the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter was affected by the gas densiometric Froude number and the pressure. The correlation between the two-phase flow coefficient and the Lockhart-Martinelli parameter
the gas densiometric Froude number and the pressure was obtained. On the basis of the two-phase flow coefficient
the wet gas model was developed. The relative error of the gas mass flow rate predicted by the model is within ±5.0% at the 95% confidence level.
