通过模压烧结法
在碳/ 碳复合材料表面制备了以SiC 为过渡层的聚四氟乙烯( PTFE) 自润<br />滑复合涂层
同时对复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试. 研究结果表明:所制自润滑复合涂层的<br />摩擦系数为01155
微大于纯PTFE 涂层的摩擦系数(01105~0116)
小于碳/ 碳复合材料的摩擦系<br />数(01 18~0123)
且其摩擦性能更稳定
磨损量约为纯PTFE 涂层磨损量的1/ 50
磨损机制为黏着<br />磨损和磨粒磨损.<br />
A self2lubricating polytet rafluoroet hylene ( PTFE) composite coating on t he C/ C com2<br />posites with SiC interlayer was prepared by compression molding and sintering
and t he f riction<br />and wear properties of t he coating were measured. The result s show t hat the f riction coefficient<br />of this compo site coating reaches to 01155
which is higher t han t hat of t he p ure PTFE coating<br />(01105-0116) and lower t han C/ C composites (0118-0123)
and t he f riction property of t he<br />composite coating is more stable t han t hat of t he p ure PTFE coating. In addition
the wear of t he<br />composite coating is about 2 percent of that of p ure PTFE coating. Both abrasion and adhesion<br />serve as t he wear forms of the composite coating.<br />
