提出一种适用于双端带并联电抗器输电线路单相重合闸永久性故障的判别方法.该方法以线路瞬时性故障模型为参考模型
建立参数识别网络方程
将线路电容参数作为待求解参数
根据电容计算值与实际值差异实现故障性质的判别.如果电容求解值与实际差异很小
则实际故障模型与参考模型一致
判为瞬时性故障; 如果电容求解值与实际值差异大
则实际故障模型与参考模型不一致
判为永久性故障.该方法仅利用双端并联电抗器电流量
原理简单
易于实现
且不受低频振荡分量影响.ATP仿真表明
该方法能够有效区分瞬时性故障和永久性故障
能够提高单相自适应合闸动作的成功率.
A novel single-phase adaptive reclosure scheme based on capacitance parameter of transmission line is proposed
where transient fault model is considered as the prototype
and the capacitance as the unknown parameter to evaluate the difference between the calculated capacitance and the actual one for distinguishing the transient and permanent fault. In the case of transient fault
the difference is small for the actual fault model is consistent to the prototype
but for the permanent fault
the difference is notable
and the actual fault model does not coincide with the prototype. By means of only using the currents from the two-terminal shunt reactors
the criterion gets simple to perform. Moreover
the algorithm is independent of the low-frequency swing component. ATP simulation results show that the scheme enables to effectively distinguish permanent fault from transient fault
and improve the action success rate of the single-phase adaptive reclosure in transmission lines with shunt reactors.
