对HFC134a/HC600a/矿物油/纳米添加剂体系应用于冰箱的性能进行了实验研究和分析.首先
测定了应用HFC134a/HC600a/矿物油体系的冰箱在不同的充灌量条件下压缩机的吸、排气温度
蒸发温度
压缩机机壳温度
冷却速度
耗电量等指标.然后
在体系中添加了Fe
3
O
4
纳米添加剂后进行同样实验.实验结果表明:冰箱的冷却速度和耗电量均有一个最佳值; 最大冷却速度和最小耗电量分别对应的制冷剂最佳充灌量不是同一个值; 在相同条件下
添加纳米粒子后
压缩机机壳的温度约下降2.2 ℃
吸气温度变化不大
排气温度约降低3.5 ℃
蒸发器平均温度约降低0.3 ℃
冷却时间约缩短148 s
同时耗电量略有减小
说明纳米粒子在强化传热和改善润滑性能等方面发挥了作用.
An experimental study was conducted on the performances of a refrigerator using the mixture of HFC134a/HC600a
mineral oil and nano-particles of Fe
3
O
4
. The cooling speed and the power consumption of the refrigerator
the temperatures at the different selected points in the refrigerator were measured under the different charging amount
with and without adding nano-particles in the system. The experimental results show that there was an optimal cooling speed and an optimal power consumption of the refrigerator but their corresponding charging amounts were different. With nano-particles under the same conditions
the refrigerator performance rose. The temperature of the compressor shell decreased by 2.2 ℃ while the suction
temperature changed slightly. Moreover
the discharge temperature decreased by 3.5 ℃ and the average evaporator temperature decreased by 0.3 ℃. The cooling time decreased by 148 seconds and the power consumption decreased slightly. It seems that the nano-particles may be effective to enhance the heat transfer of the refrigerant and improving the property of the mineral oil.
