基于摇摆运动条件下自然循环流动的数学模型
研究了该条件下自然循环回路的质量分布、摇摆轴心以及单双回路等系统的空间布置对自然循环流动波动特性的影响.结果表明:由于摇摆运动产生的附加加速度具有时空特性
不同空间位置产生的加速度大小和方向都不同
所以系统的空间布置对摇摆运动条件下的自然循环流动存在较大影响
其中对摇摆轴心的影响最为显著; 对于冷却剂系统而言
采用对称布置可以抵消向心力的影响
降低流动速度波动的频率; 摇摆轴心位于回路外可以降低切向力的影响
降低波动的振幅
但轴心与回路距离过大时
切向力的影响又会因半径的增加而增加
造成流动波动振幅增加
采用对称双回路布置有利于消除切向力的影响
从而降低总流量的波动振幅; 对称双回路布置有利于降低总流量的波动; 采用适当的布置
可以有效地降低摇摆运动对自然循环流动波动特性的影响.在设计中
还应综合考虑密度以及质量分布的因素
合理的质量分布可以有效地降低摇摆造成的流动波动.
The effects of the system spatial distribution including mass distribution
rolling axes and double loops on natural circulation under rolling motion condition were studied theoretically based on the mathematical model of natural circulation flow with rolling motion. The results show that the spatial distribution has important influences on natural circulation flow due to the time-spatial characteristic of additional acceleration caused by the rolling motion
and the effect of rolling axes is significant. For the coolant system
the effect of centripetal force may be counteracted by the symmetrical distribution of the loop; the effect of tangential force may be reduced by locating the rolling axes outside the loop
and the fluctuation of the total coolant mass flow rate may be lowered by using symmetrical double loops.
