简要介绍了模糊故障树分析方法的基本理论和汽车驱动桥系统的基本结构
建立了汽车驱动桥系统的故障树.采用上行法求解所建立的故障树的最小割集
用三角型及正态型模糊数描述底事件发生概率的区间表示方式和计算方法
对所建立的故障树进行了定量计算.以某汽车驱动桥为实例
对相关方法的应用进行了分析
结果表明
应用三角型和正态型模糊数方法的计算结果差别不大
轴承磨损失效是该汽车驱动桥分系统失效的关键事件.
An fuzzy fault tree analysis for automobile drive axle system was proposed. The theory of fuzzy fault tree was introduced as well as the structure of automobile drive axle
the fault tree of the automobile drive axle system was established. The ascending method was used to find minimal cutting sets. The fuzzy numbers were employed to describe the fault probability. Furthermore
the interval representation and calculation strategy were presented when both triangular fuzzy number and normal fuzzy number were chosen to describe the fault probability. An example of a automobile drive axle system shows that the difference between fuzzy fault tree with triangular fuzzy number and normal fuzzy number is not significant and baring wear is the key failure event in this automobile drive axle.
