Data Exchange Method for Fluid-Structure Interaction Based on Energy Conservation and Interpolation Algorithm Adopting Radial Basis Function[J]. 2009, 43(9): 114-119.DOI:
a method adopting radial basis function(RBF)is proposed to perform fluid-structure interaction(FSI)analysis. The displacement transfer matrix H is deduced and a corresponding program by RBF/FSI algorithm is developed. Taking displacement data exchange with 3D interface as an example
the numerical solution by RBF/FSI method is compared with the analytical one. The result shows that RBF/FSI method is efficient and accurate
and is suitable for FSI data exchange on complicated interface. Moreover
the method allows CSD(Computational Structural Dynamics)and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)to choose arbitrary grid form to easily realize loose coupling method by developing an independent interface program between CSD and CFD solvers.
