根据箔片轴承的结构特点
首次提出了一种具有鼓泡弹性支承的箔片轴承新结构
并在止推轴承试验台上对新型鼓泡弹性支承止推气体轴承开展了试验研究
对该轴承的稳定性及承载能力进行了初步测试和分析.与通常具有弹性支承的波箔箔片轴承结构相比较
该新型箔片止推轴承具有结构简单、加工方便的特点.基于弹性力学的考虑
通过改变半球型鼓泡的高度、直径及鼓泡的排列分布等一系列的参数来适应载荷的需要.承载特性的试验研究显示
所开发的止推气体轴承可通过鼓泡自身弹性变形很好地调节刚度和阻尼
并具有较好的稳定性和承载能力.
A kind of new aerodynamic foil thrust gas bearing with elastic hemispherical convex dots was proposed in this study. The experiment was conducted to test its stability and load capacity on a thrust bearing test rig. Then the measurement and the analysis were performed using wave and spectrum analysis method. The present bearing has simple configuration and is easy to fabricate compared with bump foil bearings. The height
diameter and arrangement of hemispherical convex dot distributions can be changed to fit the load requirement. The experimental results indicate that this new type thrust gas bearing has better flexibility to adjust its stiffness
and it shows good stability and load capacity.
