为了提高数控机床模块设计中的制造周期及性价比
通过求解数控机床功能模块、构建功能模块与结构模块的映射关系来划分数控机床模块.基于自顶向下的模块划分原则
采用层次分析法构建相关度权重判断矩阵
综合考虑了功能元之间的功能、装配、空间、动力、设计、信息和工艺等多个相关准则
采用谱系聚类法对子功能进行了聚合.应用公理化设计理论
采用功能-原理-结构相互对应的原则完成了功能模块与结构模块的映射
得到了模块的划分方案.最后
以精密卧式机床为例
验证了该方法的有效性与可行性.
For improving the manufacturing cycle and ratio of performance to price in the modular designing of numerical control(NC)machine
the modules of NC machine are divided by function module solving and setting up the relationship between the function module and the structural one. Based on the principle of on top-down module division the analytic hierarchy is adopted to construct the correlation degree weight judgment matrix
and the multiple correlation criterion of the function
assembly
space
dynamic
design information and technology in the function unit
are considered. The hierarchical clustering is chosen to poly the accessorial function. Following the mentality for function-principle-structure each corresponded
the mapping between the function module and the structure module is completed
then the module division proposal is obtained. The example of the precision horizontal machining center verifies the effectiveness and feasibility.
