实验研究了S型柔性立管内空气-水两相流流型特征.实验环路由长114 m的水平环道
16 m的-2°下倾管和高15.3 m、长24 m的S型立管组成
环路内径为50 mm.使用立管底部压力、立管出口持液率H
L
及其概率密度函数(PDF)分布特征识别和区分流型.实验发现了典型严重段塞流、过渡型严重段塞流、稳定流动3类流型.典型严重段塞流下H
L
曲线呈方波状
相应的PDF分布呈H
L
分别为0和1的双峰结构; 过渡型严重段塞流下H
L
曲线呈针刺状
其PDF分布也为双峰结构
但H
L
的低峰远高于H
L
的高峰; 稳定流动下的PDF分布呈H
L
为0.27左右的单峰状.分析表明
典型和过渡型严重段塞流分别与垂直上升管弹状流和块状流具有相似的PDF分布特征
但彼此的流动形态却完全不同.
Air-water two-phase flow patterns in an S-shaped flexible riser were experimentally studied. The test loop consisted of a horizontal pipeline 114 m in length and 50 mm in i.d.
a -2° downward inclined pipe 16 m in length
and an S-shaped riser 15.3 m in vertical height and 24 m in length. The pressure at the bottom of the riser
the riser outlet liquid holdup H
L
and the probability density function(PDF)distribution were adopted in the identification of the flow patterns. The experimental results show that there were three types of flow patterns in the flexible riser
i.e.
typical severe slugging
transitional severe slugging
and stable flow. For the typical severe slugging
the square shape profile of H
L
exhibited a PDF distribution with two p
eaks at H
L
=0 and H
L
=1
respectively; the acicular shape profile of H
L
for transitional severe slugging also had a bimodal PDF distribution
but the peak at high H
L
was much lower than that at low H
L
; the PDF of H
L
for stable flow displayed a unimodal distribution with a single peak at H
L
=~0.27. In addition
the analysis shows that the PDF distributions for typical severe slugging and transitional severe slugging are similar to those for slug flow and churn flow in an upward vertical pipe
respectively
but the flow behavior is totally different from each other.
