针对中央空调中广泛使用的多翼离心风机
设计了一种新结构的椭圆形进口集流器
实验研究了这种集流器对风机性能的影响.研究结果表明:适当增加集流器出口面积有利于改进风机的气动性能
但同时噪声有所提高; 相比传统集流器
具有合理参数及安装位置的椭圆形集流器能够更好地提高风机的综合性能.当椭圆形集流器的偏心角θ为0°、偏距比ε
1
和ε
2
均为0.067时
风机在变转速工况范围内的风量增加了8.8%~12.8%
总效率提高了1.7%~4.6%
噪声降低了0.4~0.6 dB; 当θ为30°、ε
1
和ε
2
均为0.067时
风机风量增加了2.5%~6.0%
总效率提高了0.6%~1.4%
噪声降低1.2~1.5 dB.实验结果为改进前向多翼离心风机的性能提供了一条可以继续探索的途径
也可为完善该类风机的设计方法提供参考.
Forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fans are widely used in central air conditioning systems. In this study
a new elliptical inlet nozzle in a multi-blade fan was designed
and experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of this structure on the fan performance. The results show that properly enlarging outlet area of the inlet nozzle will increase the aerodynamic performance of the fan but lead to greater A-weighted sound pressure level(SPL). Compared with the conventional inlet nozzle
the elliptical inlet nozzle with reasonable parameters and installation position can improve the aerodynamic performance. When the eccentricity angle θ was 0°and the eccentricity ratio
ε
1
or ε
2
was 0.067
the fan volume flow rate and the tot
al efficiency increase by 8.8%-12.8% and 1.7%-4.6%
respectively
while the A-weighted SPL decrease by 0.4-0.6 dB. Moreover
the fan volume flow rate and the total efficiency increase by 2.5%-6.0% and 0.6%-1.4%
respectively
while the A-weighted SPL decreases by 1.2-1.5 dB when θ was 30°and ε
1
or ε
2
was 0.067. This experimental study may provide an approach for improving the multi-blade fan performance.
