提出了一种利用球杆仪对四轴联动机床转台误差检测及分离的快捷方法.该方法分为轴向测试和锥形测试
当轴向测试时
在转台旋转的同时
机床直线轴作同轴、同步的圆运动
称为双环测试.该测试能分离出转台的滚转误差、偏摆误差等2项转角误差
以及1项沿直线轴的线性误差.通过锥形测试
能分离出另外2项沿直线轴的线性误差
结合球杆仪的倒锥形安装及水平安装
得到因线性轴联动而引入到双环测试的干扰量
从而提高了被分离误差项结果的准确性.实例对比结果表明
提出的机床运动误差测量及分离方法能准确地得到转台的5项运动误差
因此具有操作简单、耗时少等优点.
A convenient strategy for identifying the motion errors from the tilting-rotary table of 4-axis simultaneous control machine tools with a ball-bar is proposed
including the axial testing and cone-shaped testing. In the axial testing the double-circle motion
in which two translational axes and one rotary axis are simultaneously controlled to keep the distance between the tool and the worktable constant
is designed to identify the deviations of the rotary axis
thus two angular deviations and one positional deviation are obtained
and the other two positional deviations are obtained by the cone-shaped testing. To achieve high-precision measurement results
the errors due to the circular motion of the two translational axes in the double-circle motion are removed by an additional test with corresponding arithmetic. The comparative results show that the strategy greatly simplifies the measurement device and accelerates the error quantification.
