为了给状态检修决策过程提供有用的设备重要度信息
基于缺电损失描述系统风险指标
首先研究了系统风险灵敏度指标和元件停运前后系统风险差值指标在状态检修体制下的适用性
接着提出了反映设备当前状态引起系统风险增量的输电设备重要度评估模型.理论推导和算例分析表明
灵敏度指标和设备停运前后系统风险差值指标不能正确反映设备当前状态对系统风险的影响
因而不适用于状态检修体制
文中提出的评估模型避免了上述两种指标的不足
在状态检修体制中有很好的适用性.
To supply equipment importance information for condition-based maintenance(CBM)decision-making
following the system risk index described by power loss
the applicability of sensitivity index and risk difference index in CBM are considered.Then a transmission equipment importance evaluation model is proposed
which reflects the system risk increment caused by the equipment current condition. The theory derivation and instance analysis show that sensitivity index and risk difference can not correctly reflect system risk incremental caused by equipment current condition
while this model avoids the weakness with good applicability for CBM.
