为实现伺服压力机的柔性化加工
在建立的基于轨迹规划理论的伺服压力机柔性工艺Bezier曲线数学模型中
按照冲裁、拉深等工艺的加工要求
优化设计了非线性多变量多约束的Bezier曲线.以拉深工艺为例
构建其Bezier曲线的非线性目标函数和约束条件
采用变容差遗传算法优化设计得到了满足工艺要求的最佳输入和输出柔性加工曲线.通过实例验证了该建模方法的有效性
为不同伺服压力机的工艺曲线设计提供了一种可行的解决方案.
To achieve flexible process of servo press
a general mathematical Bezier-model is established for different flexible technological curves of servo press following trajectory planning theory. Then a nonlinear multi-variable and multi-constraint Bezier curve is optimized in accordance with different processing requirements of blanking
drawing etc. Drawing Bezier curve design is taken as an example
whose optimum objective function is constructed and solved with flexible tolerance genetic algorithm
and then the optimum input and output technological curves are gained for the processing design purpose. Thus the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed servo press processing Bezier-model are verified.
