为了更准确地描述结合面上微观形貌及其切向滑移特性
构建了一种具有抛物形横截面的柱体滑移有限元模型.该模型采用平面应变单元
综合考虑了材料的弹塑性变形特征
分析了整个切向滑移过程中切向合力、法向合力、接触面积以及残余位移随切向位移、法向距离、屈服强度等参数的变化规律
并给出了经验公式.分析结果表明:塑性流动越大
载荷沿滑移方向的漂移越明显
抛物柱的残余位移也越大; 当2个抛物柱的材料特性相同时
变形越大载荷的漂移量也越大; 当2个抛物柱之间的接触变形相同时
模型屈服强度越小则塑性流动越显著.构建的模型为有纹理结合面切向滑移特性的研究奠定了理论基础.
To accurately describe the micro topography and the sliding characteristics of rough surfaces
a finite element model is used to simulate sliding between two interfering elasto-plastic columns with parabolic cross-section. 2D elasto-plastic plane strain elements are considered
and it is revealed the reaction forces
residual deformations and contact length how to vary with the yield strength
sliding distance and interference between the columns. The stronger the plastic flow
the more obvious the load drifts along slip direction and residual deformation get. In the case of same material
the larger the deformation
the greater the load drifts
but in the case of equal deformation
smaller yield strength often leads to a more significant plastic flow. The variation of the contact load and contact area are also investigated at the single asperity level.
