为提高单螺杆压缩机的耐磨与密封性能
结合单螺杆压缩机多直线包络及单圆柱包络原理
根据“多段啮合、分散磨损”提高星轮寿命的设计方法
提出了单螺杆压缩机的多圆柱包络啮合副
并给出其型线方程.采用这种新型线能使啮合副中的啮合点在整个星轮齿面上均匀移动
克服了国内外现有单螺杆压缩机啮合副星轮齿面上只有一条棱线接触、啮合副易磨损的致命缺陷.这种啮合副能大幅减小星轮磨损
提高单螺杆压缩机的寿命与容积效率
增加机器的运行可靠性
并且可采用铣削法加工
加工效率高
精度容易控制.
Based on the multi-line and single-column envelope engaging couples of single screw compressors
a multi-column envelope engaging couple is proposed to improve the wearing-resistance property and sealing performance of the machine. The rotor groove flank of the present engaging couple is composed of multi-segment envelope surfaces
and the flank of star-wheel tooth of this engaging couple is composed of multi-cylindrical segments
which are in different dimensional orientations and with different diameters. The contacting area on the star-wheel tooth flank with the rotor groove flank moves uniformly in one revolution
which is rather different from the stationary contacting position of existing engaging couple profiles.The improved wear resistance and sealing performance of multi-column envelope couple profile would result in longer operation life and higher efficiency of the machine.
