薄膜光催化氧化NO活性的影响
并考察了再生过程对TiO
2
薄膜光催化活性的影响.研究结果表明:相对分子质量为1 000的PEG是制备多孔TiO
2
薄膜合适的造孔剂
其最佳添加量w(PEG)为0.5%; 制膜的最佳温度在450 ℃左右; 最佳镀膜次数为16次; NaOH溶液相对蒸馏水可更好地使薄膜再生
再生后可使薄膜的光催化活性更稳定.
Porous nano TiO
2
film was prepared by a sol-gel dip-coating technology from alkoxide solutions containing polyethylene glycol(PEG). By analysis of XRD and efficiency of degradation of NO
the influences of PEG relative molecular mass and content
temperature
time of coating on activity were discussed. In addition
the activities before and after regeneration were examined. The results show that PEG with relative molecular mass 1 000 is a proper template to prepare porous film. The optimal mass fraction of PEG is 0.5% in the sol. The optimal heat treatment temperature is about 450 ℃
and the optimal coating times is 16. NaOH solution can yield more stable photocatalytic ability of the film after regeneration than distilled water.
