在分析一种容错逆变器工作原理的基础上
研究了逆变器侧发生故障的3种容错方案(A相容错、B 相容错和C 相容错).由常规的六开关三相无刷直流电机控制中的电流特性得到一条通用结论:只要控制非容错相的两相相电流就可以实现无刷直流电机逆变器侧故障情况下的电流控制.由此结论
提出了一种基于容错逆变器的无刷直流电机新型控制策略.该策略利用容错逆变器的4个“非对称电压矢量”
仅通过非容错相的两相电流控制器实现了系统故障时电机三相电流的控制.该策略简单可行
仿真和实验进一步验证了策略的正确性和有效性.
A novel inverter fault-tolerant control scheme is proposed to drive brushless dc motor(BLDC)based on current character of the traditional six-switch three phases converter BLDC. Analysing a fault-tolerant inverter and its three fault-tolerant schemes(phase A fault-tolerant
phase B fault-tolerant
and phase C fault-tolerant). A general conclusion is drawn that BLDC can be controlled by controlling two faultless phases currents when inverter is faulty. In the proposed strategy
three phase currents are shaped directly by two faultless phases current hysteresis controllers
and the conducting sequence of four power switches is rearranged by four asymmetric voltage vectors. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate the strategy is able to operate stably and continuously with good dynamic performance.
