在对已有的振动盘黏度计改进的基础上
利用高纯氮气对改进后的实验装置进行了标定.为了检验装置的可靠性
测量了温度为300 K、压力为0.1~4.5 MPa时的氩气黏度
实验结果与标准值的最大偏差为0.87%
平均偏差为0.37%.用此装置对制冷剂R152a在温度范围为300~346 K、压力范围为0.1~1.0 MPa时的气相黏度进行了实验研究
并利用所得实验数据拟合得到了R152a的气相黏度方程
方程计算值与实验数据的最大偏差为0.37%
平均偏差为0.11%
可以满足其他研究和工程应用的需要.
The oscillating-disk viscometer in our laboratory was improved and calibrated with nitrogen at room temperature. In order to check the reliability and accuracy of the viscometer
the gaseous viscosity of argon was measured at 300 K and pressures up to 4.5 MPa
and the mean absolute deviation was 0.37% and the maximum deviation was 0.87% compared with the reference data. In addition
the gaseous viscosity of R152a was measured at temperatures from 300 K to 346 K and pressures up to 1.0 MPa using the oscillating-disk viscometer. The correlation of the gaseous viscosity of R152a was presented
and comparison was performed with various sets of result in literature. The mean absolute deviation and the maximum deviation of the measured data from the equation was 0.11% and 0.37%
respectively.
