针对多目标包络走动率不一致的问题
提出一种采用Radon模糊变换的宽带雷达多目标检测方法(RAT-CFAR).该方法根据距离频域单元信号模糊函数的带状分布性质
对模糊变换后的带状域做Radon变换以实现信号能量的非相干积累
然后利用单元平均恒虚警进行目标的检测
通过Radon积分的峰值对应的角度获得目标加速度的估计.与包络对齐相干积累检测目标方法相比
RAT-CFAR方法在信噪比为5 dB以上时可以检测多个目标.仿真结果表明
RAT-CFAR方法的加速度的分辨率可以达到0.5 m/s

With different envelope walks for multi-target in the wideband environment
a RAT-CFAR method is proposed. The method uses the Radon ambiguity transform to accumulate signal energy incoherently and to detect targets in the range frequency domain. The strip distribution of the ambiguity function for range frequency domain signal is used
and the Radon transformation is applied to the ambiguity function to accumulate signal energy incoherently. Then the targets can be detected by the cell average constant false alarm ration
and the acceleration of the targets can be estimated from the corresponding angle of the peaks in Radon integral. Compared the method that uses envelope alignment to coherently accumulate signal energy to detect targets
the RAT-CFAR can detect multi-targets under the ratio of signal to noise higher than 5 dB. Simulation results show that the radial acceleration resolution of the RAT-CFAR achieves th
e level of 0.5 m/s
